Terms of Service
• 50% down payment upfront for slot bookings, the rest of the payment can be transferred before the final artwork is sent to the client.
• Payments via bank transfer (for Indonesian clients) and PayPal (for International clients).
• Illustrations will be done according to the existing queue, the client will be informed of the estimated completion date and progress of work.
• 2x maximum revisions, any alterations exceeding that will incur additional fees agreed upon by the artist and client.
• Final output will be in high-resolution soft file format sent via email. The client can request the size of the file. A print-ready (in .jpeg) and screen-ready (in .png) format will be provided.
• Only for personal use, NOT for sale and/or use for commercial purposes unless previously agreed upon by the artist and client.
• All images are copyrighted © by Aprilea Ariadi. The use and reproduction of any image from this site and produced by the artist is prohibited unless prior written permission from the artist is obtained.
• By ordering, the clients agree to the terms and conditions stated.
• Clients are expected to send reference photos (in high-resolution and clear lighting) and concept briefs, for example as in the link below:
